Bharti Daya holds a Master's degree in International Relations from the University of the Witwatersrand and a MComm degree in Trade Policy and Management Practice from
the University of Cape Town's Graduate School of Business.
She currently serves as the Director of Research and Planning for the Consumer and Corporate Regulation Division undertaking research in relation to Consumer Protection,
the Credit Act, the Companies Act, Intellectual Property, the Lotteries and Gambling Acts.
Prior to her position at CCRD, she served as Director NEPAD/AU in the International Trade and Economic Development Division and undertook extensive research in the areas of African economic development and regional integration.
