Mr Johan Brink is currently a Director of Brink, Falcon and Hume Inc. He was admitted as an attorney in 1979. He was a partner at Bowman Gilfillan from 1983 to 1993 and founder
and director of Brink Cohen le Roux Inc. from 1993 to 2012.
Mr Brink has practical experience in mergers & acquisitions, banking & finance and general corporate & commercial
Mr Brink is an extraordinary professor of mercantile law at the University of South Africa. He is also a guest lecturer at University of Johannesburg and the MBA
Graduate Programmes of the Wits Business School and GIBS.
Mr Brink is the former chairman and member of the board of directors of Interlaw, an international association of law
firms in over 60 countries and 120 business centres worldwide. He is a member of the ad hoc committee on corporate law of the South African Institute of Chartered
