TO REGISTER AS A MEMBER OF SAWEN, YOU NEED TO DO THE FOLLOWING:

1. Complete a SAWEN membership form. Please note that you MUST include your contact details (telephone number and postal address) when completing the form.
2. Deposit R300.00 into the following account:

3. Attach your deposit slip and two ID size photos to the completed membership form and post to:

4. All applications must be posted. Under NO circumstances will faxed applications be accepted.
